To encourage guests to donate to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, all company-owned Einstein Bros. Bagels and Noah's Bagels, except those in Massachusetts, will offer a Bagel and Shmear to all guests for just 99 cents June 6-8. Guests are encouraged to "donate the difference" of $1.50 between a regularly priced Bagel and Shmear ($2.49) and the 99-cent special Bagel and Shmear offer to support the children's wish-granting charity. A donation is not required for guests who visit participating restaurants to get the 99-cent Bagel and Shmear deal. But guests will been couraged to give the $1.50 difference -- or a donation of any amount --to the Make-A-Wish Foundation to help grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. "We are serious about supporting these courageous wish children and believe that our loyal guests will donate to the Make-A-Wish Foundation as part of our unbelievable Bagel and Shmear Offer," said Jim Hood, Chief Marketing Officer of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group , parent company of the two brands. "This is the first fundraising initiative of our company's partnership with the Foundation, and we urge our guests to join us in this very important effort."
